Zero Liquid Discharge Plant(ZLD)

Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) Plant
The DWPTL Zero-liquid discharge (ZLD) plant follows the advanced wastewater treatment method in which all wastewater is purified and recycled. The process includes ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, evaporation, crystallization, and fractional electrode ionization. Water is vital for life, but the waste generated by industrial processes can be disastrous to the environment and human life.
Zero liquid discharge (ZLD) is a strategic wastewater management system that ensures that there is no discharge of industrial wastewater into the environment by treating wastewater.
DWTPL’s innovative Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) technology assists you to achieve environmental compliance, reduce your carbon footprint, create positive public perception, and recover high purity water for reuse.

Clarifiers
Clarifiers are use for solid liquid separations
A) HRSCC (High Rate Solid Contact Clarifier) :
It is use to treat water having TDS >500 PPM basically river, dam pond water treatment and waste water.
B) TUBE SETTLER :
Here inclined tubes are use for solid liquid separation. It is use where TSS 50 to 500 ppm basically river dam pond canal water treatment.
C) Lamilla clarifier :
It is inclined plate Sattler, it is a type of clarifier designed to remove particulates from liquid.
